- Analyze equipment performance for FEK and FER, identifying loss drivers and define data-based improvement actions.
- Maintain equipment planning parameters (e.g. throughput, availability, efficiencies) in planning systems.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional productivity projects to improve equipment performance and utilization.
- Drive OEE/IEE improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis of downtime, speed losses, and quality-related impacts in close collaboration with process engineering, maintenance, and production.
What we look for
- Bachelor degree / Diploma/ Master degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in semiconductor or high-tech industry.
- Understanding and application of industrial engineering tools and methodology. Experience in data analysis and improvement projects.
- Professional knowledge in Semiconductor capacity planning & Data analytics and data systems.
- Understanding and application of broad range of industrial engineering tools (ie. OEE, Golden Tool, Work measurement, Simulation, Process Mapping, Operations Research, WIP Flow Management & etc.); Statistics Knowledge & SPC, IE Timestudies.
- Knowledge in Power BI, Database Knowledge.
- Work together with local industrial engineering and production departments in Asia and Europe.
- Strong communication skills in English.
