Your new responsibilities

  • Requires a strong background in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering.Hands-on experience in LED testing processes and machine maintenance.
    Responsible for ensuring test equipment performance, product quality and uptime.
  • Conducts root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for equipment failures in conclusive of preventive maintenance planning.
  • Collaborates with process, equipment, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
  • Leads and mentors technicians to build technical skills and job ownership.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives in test and maintenance processes. Knowledge in analyzing OEE and machine eUPH/ Utilization.


What we look for


  • Bachelor Degree in Mechatronic/ Mechanical/ Electronic.
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing or semiconductor industry, preferably in LED or electronics-related fields. Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement environments is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years experience /knowledge in LED testing field and  machine maintenance.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, being detailed and strong in analysis, systematic 8D problem solving, planning and organizing, skilled in project management and skilled in using Power BI software.
  • Well verse in English.
