Your new responsibilities

  • Definition of the climatic/Mech./analytic lab activities / test strategy within the product development projects and manufacturing. - e.g., cross section based on IPC /AMP standards.
  • Managing lab equipment’s acc. to ISO 17025. - e.g., clearing, calibration, maintenance and so on.
  • Planning and performing of the test activities: - coordination with test lab. - execution of analytic, environmental, and electronic testing activities.
  • Creation of test report - documentation and evaluation of test results.
  • Tracking of the test activities - continuous reporting of the status to project team and customer.
  • Exchange with interfaces - development - quality - customer - labs – manufacturing
  • Supporting on the CNAS and customer audit (ISO 17025): preparation; deviation improvements; quality system optimization

Who we are looking for


  • 1-3 years working experience in the fields of reliability testing lab, contains analytical (cross section), climatical and mechanical testing.
  • Education: college or above. Fluent English speak will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of IPC/AMP standards and automotive background will be a plus.
  • Understanding and knowledge of norms and regulations (analytic and environmental testing).
  • Knowledge of CNAS requirements and experience with audits.
  • Strong ability to withstand high work pressure.
