Your new responsibilities

  • Define inspection and test plans. Ensure that all testing is completed to these plans.
  • Ensure NPD projects follow the company procedure, to ensure the product quality.
  • Coordinate lab resource, internal or external to make sure the requirements are fulfilled including functional and compliance in time.
  • Where there are test failures communicate to the SQM’s and support with any data or additional testing required to enable corrective action takes place.
  • Conduct supplier audits according to requests from project team. Definition of the compliance lab activities / strategy within the product development projects and manufacturing.


Who we are looking for


  • Advanced excel & data manipulation experience. Experience on using APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, VDA 6.3. Strong analytical skills to cope with & make sense of high volumes of data.
  • Qualification in electronics ideally graduate, but experience will be acceptable. Experience of automotive industry is preferred. Be confident to challenge stakeholders respectfully based on data.
  • Excellent communication skills including English. Confident working with English speaking team.
  • Experience on RoHS/Reach testing will be a plus. Self-motivated. Occasional travel required
