Your new responsibilities

核心岗位职责：
市场数据整理与维护：
1. 收集汽车行业照明产品的宏观数据（政策、经济指标）、行业数据（销量、渗透率）、用户数据（消费偏好、调研反馈）及竞品数据，完成清洗、分类与归档；
2.项目跟进，工作进度的跟进，信息的汇总，数据表格
3.协助监测市场动态，跟踪行业趋势（技术革新、营销模式创新），定期输出简短市场洞察简报；
4.参与用户需求调研，整理问卷结果，分析用户行为特征与潜在需求，形成调研数据摘要；
5.协助搭建竞品分析框架，对比公司与竞品的技术参数、产品卖点，搭建竞品分析数据库；
6.基于数据结果，用 PPT 制作标准化报告（月度市场小结、专项分析报告），确保逻辑清晰、数据可视化（图表设计）。


Who we are looking for


学历与专业：
-本科及以上学历，有稳定实习时间者优先；
-汽车，市场营销，光学等相关专业，对汽车行业或市场营销领域有兴趣者优先。
能力要求：
-具备良好数据分析与处理能力，逻辑清晰，能快速理解数据背后的业务逻辑；
-熟练使用 Excel（掌握 VLOOKUP、数据透视表、基础函数等）、PPT（擅长内容排版与数据可视化设计）；
-可使用 AI 工具辅助工作（如 ChatGPT 辅助信息检索、数据分析、图形处理）；
-具备良好英文表达能力，可清晰梳理分析思路并形成书面内容。
