• Establish an AI based technology scouting capability to systematically identify, structure, and benchmark: relevant technologies, products and research trends from external and internal sources.
• Develop AI workflows for: automated scanning of large information spaces (publications, patents, reports, web sources), structuring and comparison of technologies and solutions, synthesis of insights into a shared “state of the art” view.
• Analyze how AI supported scouting can: shorten scouting and benchmarking cycles, reduce duplication of studies across teams, propose a structured approach for capturing “lessons learned” at the end of scouting studies, explore the potential of reusing these lessons as machine readable knowledge to build a long term AI assisted knowledge base.
