- Support the global marketing team for the Mixed Signal ICs business unit with a strong focus on business development in Europe
- Development of the regional Go2Market strategy for EMEA and implementation together with the involved product lines as well as the sales department
- Promotion of European greenfield sales and business development for new business segments
- Developing strategic assessments, e.g. for the development of new business areas in the field of sensor interface ASICs, X-ray sensor technology or LED drivers
- Coordination of marketing communication in collaboration with the global campaign team and product management
- Creation of marketing material (videos, website, demos) as well as preparation and monitoring of event activities for the business line
- Creation of training material for sales and distributors
Who we are looking for
- Completed university degree in electrical engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, engineering studies or comparable
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business development / sales / marketing - preferably in the semiconductor sector
- Professional experience in the market launch of semiconductor products, sales channel management/distribution, IC design processes, foundry business desirable
- Initial experience in leading international, interdisciplinary teams in a matrix organization - preferably also as a project manager
- Electronics industry knowledge - especially in the field of mixed signal ICs - an advantage
- High level of analytical skills, good presentation skills and ability to present complex issues clearly
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
