Your new responsibilities

  • Accountability for group-wide financial risk management
  • Development, coordination, and implementation of hedging strategies for currency, interest rate, and commodity price risks
  • Independent consulting of group entities on all aspects of financial risk management
  • Responsibility for liquidity management and execution of trading transactions with banks and group companies
  • Reporting within the framework of risk management
  • Support of financial planning processes
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements and participation in audit processes
  • Analysis and implementation of process optimizations in risk management
  • Support of M&A projects as well as participation in various treasury-related projects


Who we are looking for


  • Completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Solid expertise in financial risk management (currency, interest rate, and commodity price risks), treasury management, cash & liquidity management, as well as derivative trading, valuation, and hedging Instruments
  • Experience in banking/trading environment is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP desirable
  • Strong advisory skills when interacting with national and international group entities
  • Ability to present complex financial topics in a targeted and comprehensible way to management and audit bodies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary project teams, including M&A and group-wide treasury projects
  • Business‑fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
