- Strategic Leadership: Set and execute the global account strategy, driving pipeline, bookings, and revenue in new and existing customer projects
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with C‑suite and senior leaders across the customer organization. Regularly engage in high‑level QBRs
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and orchestrate internal and external teams (product marketing, development, quality, legal, etc.) to generate demand at the customer with innovative products, provide technical consulting, and drive further development for customer-specific projects
- Functional leadership: Lead local account managers through guidance, support and assistance in escalations; training; motivating and developing the team
- Operational customer management: Respond to customer inquiries, continuously analysing customer needs, and advising customers across our entire product and solutions portfolio
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 10 years of professional experience in sales / key account management;
- Proven experience in strategic account management and semiconductor electronics
- Excellent command of English and French; proficiency in German is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, confident manner, negotiation and sales skills with a strong results- and success-oriented mindset
- Background in the automotive sector, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross‑functional environments
- Competence with MS Office, SAP, Salesforce
