Your new responsibilities

  • Operational ticket solution for ARIBA related topics
  • Ad hoc 1st level support / small training for ARIBA
  • Supplier enablement tasks- supplier trainings on specific ARIBA task, solution of supplier issues,  guidance of supplier in ARIBA usage
  • Ticket distribution in procurement- service groups in SNOW
  • Resolution of Failed ARIBA POs with focus on route cause
  • Support on reporting for IM procurement and Procurement management
  • SAP Role assignment handling for administrative functions in Nove Zamky
  • ICS control performance
  • Ad hoc tasks delegated by direct Manager.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Number of years of experience

Salary package (gross):
From 1.500 EUR/month, depending on relevant experience and other skills according to the requirements of the given position.
