Your new responsibilities

  • central point of contact for all income tax-relevant reports related to non-cash benefits
  • Review and assess tax-relevant cases from various departments
  • Ensure completeness of documentation and clarify open issues with stakeholders
  • Apply flat-rate taxation rules (e.g., § 37b, § 40 EStG) to assess cases
  • Define payroll-relevant attributes for taxation
  • Document and archive tax-related processes
  • Support wage tax audits by providing necessary documentation
  • Invoice Processing related to Non-Cash Benefits  


Who we are looking for


  • Knowledge of German income tax law, especially regarding non-cash benefits
  • Excellent German language skills C1written and spoken
  • English written and spoken B2
  • SAP
  • Familiarity with travel expense systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent and reliable working style
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
