- Contract review, editing and drafting for Sales with a focus on customer-specific sales contracts, non-disclosure agreements, condition and framework agreements for the ELAMEA countries outside DACH
- Interface between Sales and the specialist departments (e.g. Legal, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Tax, Accounting, Compliance, Customer Service, etc.) and consulting and sparring partner for Sales for the contracts, enquiries and contract processing
- Support in the further development and implementation of the global contract management process including sales training
- Special tasks / projects in connection with contract management
Who we are looking for
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with 5+ years of professional experience, ideally including contract management, or a university degree in Economics or Law
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Contract Management, with a strong understanding of customer- and contract‑related workflows
- Solid knowledge of sales processes and contract management
- Confident user of MS Office
- Open, collaborative, and motivated personality with a process‑driven and solution‑oriented mindset
- Fluent English skills in both written and spoken communication; good command of German is a beneficial
Salary package (gross):
From 1.900 EUR/month gross, depending on relevant experience and other skills according to the requirements of the given position
