Your new responsibilities

 

This role combines demand forecasting and planning (60%) with project and strategic initiatives (40%), serving as a key interface between Sales, Supply Chain, and Production.

 

Demand Planning

 

  • Partner with country Sales teams to understand market developments, customer insights, risks, and opportunities
  • Translate these insights and available data into reliable demand forecasts and detailed production plans
  • Operate in a dual planning role:
    • Territory focus – responsible for demand planning across all product categories within assigned regions
    • Product group specialization – provide expertise and coordination for a specific product category across multiple regions
  • Support Sales with data-driven forecasting and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and proactively drive process improvements and simplification of planning tools and workflows (e.g., SAP IBP).

 

Projects & Strategic Initiatives 

 

  • Represent the Sales perspective and requirements in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
  • Actively contribute as a core project team member, ensuring collaboration and alignment with Sales teams
  • Help drive project timelines, progress, and stakeholder coordination
  • Prepare and present updates, results, and recommendations to management


Who we are looking for


 

  • Successfully completed university degree
  • Several years (4+) of experience in related field
  • Strong communication skills - ability to present, facilitate meetings
  • Analytical skills - Excel and data analysis, problem solving.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment independently
  • Ability to coordinate and work in cross - department teams
  • Excellent command of English

 

Salary package (gross):
From 1700 EUR/month, depending on relevant experience and other skills according to the requirements of the given position.
