Job Description
WebShop Support Specialist (d/m/f)
Nove Zamky, Slovakia | Warszawa, Poland

Sense the power of light

ams OSRAM is a global leader in innovative light and sensor solutions. “Sense the power of light” – our success is based on our deep understanding of the potential of light. By adding intelligence to light, we enable our customers to drive transformative applications. Our around 20,000 employees worldwide focus on innovation alongside the societal megatrends of digitalization, smart living, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Whatever your role is, you are a part of a talented team that enjoys exploring and designing new technologies.

Your new responsibilities

Become part of our ENI business line—a dynamic division that delivers innovative lighting solutions for entertainment and industrial applications worldwide. Our products are used in cinemas, industrial facilities, and other demanding environments where quality and precision are essential.

ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve-out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as WebShop Support Specialist (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.

  • Serve as the global coordinator for all WebShop-related topics
  • Act as the key interface between customers, sales teams, and IT
  • Manage the technical and operational aspects of the website
  • Ensure optimal daily usability of the WebShop and deliver an excellent user experience
  • Proactively identify and address new requirements
  • Provide support for ad hoc requests from Sales, Customer Service, and IT

Who we are looking for

  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Several years (3+) of experience in eCommerce and online shop management.
  • Proven background in customer service.
  • Strong technical understanding of eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with IT project management tools, databases, and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Slovak, Polish, or German is an advantage.
