Your new responsibilities

  • Managing HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding, in line with established procedures and deadlines
  • Updating process documentation and work instructions
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to HR processes
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and information exchange
  • Supporting the resolution of day-to-day issues and handling non-standard HR cases


Who we are looking for


  • Very good command of German (minimum B2 level) and good command of English (minimum B1 level)
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or customer service is an advantage
  • Experience working in an international environment will be considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to develop within the HR field
