Your new responsibilities

  • Development of competitive detector concepts
  • Perform electro- optical TCAD simulations
  • Define device development test chips
  • Perform electro- optical measurements of devices and test- chips in the laboratory
  • Evaluation of test chips, generation of device development reports
  • Contribute as team member in innovation-, feasibility-, and implementation- projects
  • Contribute to innovation: file invention disclosures and suggest discovery projects


Who we are looking for


  • Successfully completed studies in electronic engineering, physics or comparable
  • Good knowledge of semiconductor physics and basics of optics
  • Willingness to cover all tasks of device development, such as TCAD simulations, measurements, data evaluation and reporting
  • Ability of structured problem solving
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Interested in innovative solutions and how they can be utilized for our products
  • Willingness and ability to work in (cross-functional) teams in an open atmosphere
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)

We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
