Your new responsibilities

  • Program Management for global programs and strategic projects aiming to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations, Supply Chain and Quality (OSQ) organization
  • Goal definition and KPI tracking for global OSQ organization
  • Analyzing, summarizing and presenting factory data, business processes and organizational setups
  • Preparation of presentations for Senior Management
  • Key contact for Operations aspects to automation, AI and Machine Learning
  • Improving business processes within OSQ and seamlessly handshake with partnering departments (e.g. Controlling, RnD, Procurement, ..) 


Who we are looking for


  • Technical University Degree
  • Min 5 years experience in Semiconductor Operations or similar large scale manufacturing
  • Experience in Lean, TWI, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri or similar
  • Experience preparing and presenting to Senior Management
  • IT and process oriented way of work, Power BI and AI skills beneficial
  • Ability to understand complex problems, fast thinker, analytical mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fluent English, cooperation within international teams
