Your new responsibilities

  • Organizing, coordinating, and supervising building operations and technical infrastructure (building services, cleaning)
  • Acting as an interface between internal departments, external service providers, and authorities
  • Managing maintenance and service contracts, including the tendering of technical services
  • Supporting the planning and implementation of renovations, refurbishments, and office relocations
  • Monitoring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. fire protection, workplace regulations)
  • Managing compliance software and maintaining technical documentation (plans, inspection reports, maintenance logs)
  • Handling and coordinating internal requests related to technical and infrastructural equipment


Who we are looking for


  • Successfully completed (technical) vocational training (e.g., in Facility Management or Building Administration) or comparable
  • Experience in facility management or building administration is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; ideally, experience with CAFM systems (e.g., CAD, PIT-FM)
  • Flexible and independent working style
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team
  • Proficient in German, both spoken and written; English skills desirable

We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
