- Processing and advising on legal issues related to cross-border activities, including advice during the purchasing process
- Local human rights coordinator
- Cooperation with auditors
- Preparation of documents for the European Works Council and documents for the quarterly Works Council meetings
- Coordination of works council issues including the negotiation of works agreements
- HR representative on the internal Data Protection and Application Board
- Preparation, organization and moderation of employment law training courses
- Regular review and implementation of changes to employment law
- Conducting consultations on employment law issues (e.g. working time regulations, home office, dismissals, etc.)
- Willingness to take on HR generalist tasks to support the team
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed studies in law
- Proven applied professional experience in the field of labor law or HR - ideally in a manufacturing company
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- High level of teamwork and flexibility
- Intercultural skills and enjoy working in an international environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
