Your new responsibilities

  • Assisting foundry customers during their product development process on topics such as PDK (process development kit), design tools, process models etc.
  • Providing technical support for Foundry customers in area of CMOS and BCD technology
  • Providing analog and mixed-signal IC design support for Foundry customers
  • Delivering technical customer trainings
  • Providing technical support to sales and regional marketing by translating customer design requirements and topologies into technology requirements
  • Guiding foundry customers towards solutions which can be served by our foundry offering
  • Supporting foundry customers with tape-out procedures
  • Managing PDK licensing for foundry customers incl. ensuring compliance with export control regulations
  • Co-development of process design kits (PDKs) for IC design


Who we are looking for


  • Technical education (Bachelor or Master) in Electronics, Physics or Semiconductor Technology or comparable
  • Several (3+) years of experience in analog or mixed signal IC design 
  • Expert knowledge in CADENCE design environment
  • Expert knowledge in physical design verification with Siemens/Mentor/Calibre
  • Basic knowledge in Synopsis design environments is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in IC layout is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
  • High level of motivation and commitment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional language skills (e.g. German) are an advantage
  • Very limited willingness to travel (less than 10%)

We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
