• Overall responsibility for the successful execution of all tasks within the Pod & Wafer Handling workgroup, including commissioning, ongoing maintenance, sustainable repair, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and associated tools
• Lead, manage, and coach team members, including Maintenance Engineers and First-Level-Maintenance (FLM) Technicians, to achieve operational targets, ensure required quality standards, and build a qualified and proactive team
• Define and implement measures to achieve KPIs such as Uptime, MTTR, MTBF, and PM Compliance
  Ensure effective communication internally, externally, and with relevant departments and stakeholders (e.g., Process, Engineering, Line Control, Facility, and equipment suppliers)
• Optimize personnel, equipment, and process resources to maximize productivity through increased equipment availability, improved OEE, cost reduction, and the planning and implementation of improvement projects
• Strategically plan required tool capacities and capabilities to achieve optimal productivity and quality
• Ensure proper management of manufacturing equipment, including equipment selection, commissioning, design considerations, compliance with safety standards, development of maintenance plans, equipment inspections, and adherence to 5S guidelines
• Monitor and report performance and costs in alignment with production targets, including defining and implementing continuous improvement projects

Who we are looking for

• Completed technical education, either at a Higher Technical College (HTL)/technical secondary school or through a vocational apprenticeship combined with several years of technical work experience
• Strong leadership skills, able to act as a role model and effectively delegate tasks. First leadership experience is an advantage.
• Experience in mechatronics, electronics, and networking technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and make decisions
• Team player with proactive communication skills within the professional environment
• Proficiency in German and English
