- Lead problem management efforts, including external moderation and team improvements
- Handle P1/P2 incident management and conduct 8D root cause analysis and lessons learned
- Oversee a specific cost center regarding forecasting, purchase orders, and bills
- Ensure proper cost center separation and adherence to SLAs
- Manage upgrades for Windows 11 clients and servers, including IT OT Server PM, Windows Server, and Linux Server
- Oversee daily operations and serve as the main partner for local technical Services
- Conduct regular status meetings infrastructure teams (local and global)
- Collaborate with the global support team for service center transitions
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed studies in Informatics, Electronics or a comparable field
- Proven experience in IT and OT solution Management
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux server Management, IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL) and Service Now
- Knowledge of cost center management and license management
- Strong understanding of infrastructure management and technical Services
- Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and Projects
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Fluent english language skills, german is an advantage
