Your new responsibilities

  • Mitarbeit bei der Beschaffung von Materialien, Komponenten und Dienstleistungen
  • Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten
  • Unterstützung bei Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Anlage und Pflege von Stammdaten im ERP-System
  • Erstellung von Bestellungen und Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen
  • Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung bei Markt- und Lieferantenanalysen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualitätsmanagement und weiteren internen Fachbereichen
  • Kennenlernen aller wesentlichen Aufgabenbereiche eines modernen Einkaufs


Who we are looking for


  • Positiver Pflichtschulabschluss
  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen sowie an Beschaffung und Einkauf
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denken
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Genauigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Eigeninitiative sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
