- Manage the full contract lifecycle for a broad range of commercial agreements, including engineering contracts, framework agreements, quality agreements, IP agreements, and SCM agreements, covering drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and archival; identify and manage contractual risks and deviations
- Support Sales teams in negotiations with strategic and Tier-1 semiconductor customers
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of contract experts, setting clear priorities, building capabilities, and ensuring high-quality support to the business
- Act as the key interface across Sales, Legal, Finance, Audit, and business stakeholders, supporting commercial decisions, deal structuring, and alignment between contracts and business objectives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and the company’s operating model
- Maintain and improve contract templates, procedures, approval workflows, and contract management tools
- Drive contract excellence by partnering with Legal to simplify and standardize agreements, leveraging AI‑enabled tools and data for faster reviews, better risk visibility and insights, while supporting M&A through due diligence, risk assessment, and seamless integration of commercial contract processes
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Several years (5+) of experience in contract management, commercial management, legal operations, or a closely related field
- Experience managing complex B2B customer agreements in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or a similar industry
- Strong understanding of commercial contract structures, contract drafting capabilities and risk identification
- Experience with CLM or other digital contract tools; exposure to AI-enabled contract capabilities is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills combined with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to translate legal terms into business decisions
- Strong project, process improvement, and change management capabilities
- Proficiency in German (at least B2 Niveau) and English (spoken and written)
