Your new responsibilities

Imagine yourself as a key player shaping our company's future by ensuring flawless order fulfillment! Core mission of Master Planning team is to transform supply promises into customer realities, collaborating seamlessly with global teams across the organization. You will be the conductor of the entire supply chain – from initial planning to the moment our product reaches the customer's hands. Expect dynamic interaction with Customer service, Production, Material Planners, Procurement, and Logistics, where your decisions directly impact on-time delivery and delivery accuracy (DR). This role goes beyond just planning; it's about orchestrating a complex supply engine, where you'll analyze, forecast, and proactively respond to challenges. Your goal is to guarantee the needed quantities of assigned product are in the right place at the right time, making our business achieve its objectives.   • Proactively manage end-to-end supply plan for assigned products, from CMOS wafer to final product delivery to the customer; conducting detailed planning, analysis, and verification to ensure accurate plans that consider capacities and needs 
  • Handle customer order confirmations and manage schedule changes (pull-ins and push-outs) 
  • Manage escalated demand versus supply mismatches, align on required actions for closing supply shortages 
  • Lead task force team in allocation situations 
  • Monitor and ensure customer delivery dates and on-time delivery, taking proactive measures to address any issues 
  • Proactively communicate potential delays and drive mitigation actions to keep the supply on track, incl. exceptions, line down threads through manual planning, prioritization, and team coordination  
  • Simulate different supply scenarios and adjust supply plans as necessary to meet customer demands  
  • Manage inventory levels and supply related production parameters/objectives 
  • Actively communicate and share supply related information with stakeholders externally (like customer supply team) and internally (customer service, operations, material buying, purchasing and logistics) 
    Contribute to SCM continuous process improvements and development projects with a proactive approach


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or Semiconductor areas
  • 5 years working experience in supply chain planning or similar 
  • Experience with supply planning related systems (SAP CTM, SAP APO, BlueYonder)  
  • Good knowledge of MS Office toolbox (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI)  
  • Semiconductor industry knowledge is a plus 
  • Goal oriented with decision making competencies  
  • Good communication and excellent presentation skills towards customers and internal stakeholders 
  • Social competency for cooperation between departments
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, German is a plus
