Your new responsibilities

This project will deliver a tool for cost calculation in the early project phase as well as a modular reporting solution (data model, dashboards, governance) that shortens time to insight, supports portfolio steering, and aligns Operations/Industrialization with Business Line (Project Management) and Planning (SCM).

  • Models setup for Reporting (phase1): Develop models for:

Cost calculation

Capacity vs demand alignment to be able to incorporate in a reporting tool in phase 2

  • Reporting Tool (phase2):

Define scope, KPIs, and business rules for Ops reporting (cost, capacity, ramp).

Implement dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for portfolio/ramp, capacity vs. demand, cost trends, quality/efficiency.

Validate accuracy (≥98% for key KPIs) and document governance (ownership, refresh, access).

Handover with user training and operations guide; submit thesis and defense.


Who we are looking for


  • Ongoing Master’s studies in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
