Your new responsibilities

  • Single process ownership in the area of interference filter deposition with focus on sputter deposition
  • Data-based control, monitoring and improvement of processes using machine data, FDC, SPC, optical measurements
  • Maintain related controlled documents - e.g., control plan; Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Workstation Procedure (WSP) and general documentation
  • Interface to other technical areas: FAB, R&D, maintenance, line control, Quality, First Level, suppliers
  • Transfer of new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D, process integration and metrology
  • Gain and further improve in-depth single process knowledge
  • Identify and drive single process improvements


Who we are looking for


  • Succesfully completed education (HTL or studies) in a technical field, such as physics, chemistry, process technology or comparable
  • Taking ownership, working pro-actively, with a structured approach in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent technical skills: Interest on data evaluation, process understanding, spectroscopy, thin film technology
  • Excellent analytic skills
  • Understanding of basic quality requirements (5S, etc.)
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
