Your new responsibilities

  • Data-based control and monitoring of the lithography process using machine or measurement data
  • Solving process or equipment problems in close cooperation with various departments or external suppliers
  • Evaluating and implementing possible process simplifications/improvements to reduce manufacturing costs, increase process yield and improve product robustness
  • Transferring new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D and process integration
  • Interface with other technical areas (e.g. maintenance, R&D, line control, suppliers, etc.) and other relevant departments (e.g. quality)


Who we are looking for


  • Succesfully completed degree (Master) in engineering or natural sciences or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in technical areas an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and project-oriented working style
  • Advanced problem solving skills (8D, Six Sigma)
  • Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to take on new tasks and solve them as part of a team
  • Well organized and able to work with diverse requirements
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills

We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
