Your new responsibilities

  • Process integration representative for CMOS or TSV process on wafer level
  • Supervise & monitor manufacturing of the process technology in close teamwork with single process engineering, process R&D, QA, etc.
  • Maintain process deliveries (e.g. FMEA, PCP, etc.) & lead cross-functional discussions
  • Optimize processes and solve process problems in close teamwork with different departments (e.g. Test, Product Engineering, Design, Design Support, QA, etc.)
  • Evaluate and implement possible process simplifications / improvements in order to lower manufacturing costs & increase process and product robustness
  • Transfer new technologies / process modules from process R&D into production
  • Take PI responsibility at customer audits and for reporting requested data to key customers
  • Stabilize technologies by supervising lead products and improve product yield


Who we are looking for


  • Successfully completed master’s degree or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in a comparable role is preferred; experience in customer communication regarding technical issues and 8D problem-solving processes is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of Six Sigma or other structured problem-solving methodologies is considered a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments, with the ability to establish and optimize new processes and ways of working
  • Knowledge of automotive quality standards in the semiconductor industry is beneficial
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; German language proficiency is a strong advantage

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
