Your new responsibilities

  • Define and drive the global Time-of-Flight product strategy, roadmap, positioning, lifecycle plans, and business priorities
  • Translate market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and technology developments into product plans, requirements, and investment recommendations
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept and business case through development, launch, ramp-up, sustaining, and end-of-life
  • Develop business cases, pricing guidance, forecasts, margin targets, and portfolio profitability analyses
  • Support strategic customer engagements with roadmap input, product positioning, competitive differentiation, and commercial guidance
  • Coordinate launches, sales enablement, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment with sales, application engineering, R&D, operations, quality, and supply chain


Who we are looking for


  • University degree in electrical engineering, physics, microsystems technology, business engineering or a comparable technical field
  • Several years of experience in product management, product marketing, application engineering, or business development in semiconductors, optoelectronics, sensors, or related high-tech industries
  • Solid understanding of optical sensing technologies; Time-of-Flight, 3D sensing, VCSEL systems, photodiodes, or sensor modules are desirable
  • Proven ability to manage roadmaps, business cases, customer requirements, and lifecycle decisions in a global matrix organization
  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing, forecasting, margin management, market modeling, and portfolio prioritization
  • Customer orientation and clear communication with technical, commercial, and management stakeholders
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management in a global environment
  • Fluent English communication skills; German is beneficial
