Your new responsibilities

  • Act as communicator and facilitator between Supply Chain Management and dedicated production areas (inhouse / external)
  • Develop and improve data management and reporting
  • Drive and contribute to process improvements
  • Own and run regular review meetings 
  • Manage priorities, emergencies and excursions
  • Monitor and report out supply plan fulfillment (Plan versus actuals) and drive counteractions
  • Monitor and report out planning parameters (lead time, on time deliveries,) and drive corrections
  • Define factory loading plan scenarios and the build plan, and drive decision making in conjunction with the Sales and Operations Planning (SnOP) team
  • Work closely together with the factory’s line control and with the global master planners
     


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree focused on manufacturing, planning, logistics, preferably business administration or supply chain
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a supply chain, logistics, planning or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with reporting software / planning tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI, SAP, Oracle,..)
  • Experience in production control or line control, preferably in electronics / semiconductor manufacturing
  • Team player with strong communication abilities and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English; German is an advantage
