Your new responsibilities

  • Act as a communicator and facilitator between Supply Chain Management and dedicated production areas (in house / external)
  • Own and lead regular review meetings
  • Develop and continuously improve data management and reporting
  • Drive and contribute to process improvements
  • Manage priorities, emergencies, and deviations
  • End to end responsibility for production plan adherence and drive countermeasures
  • Escalation of supply risks
  • Decision support for trade offs (customer, capacity, priorities)
  • Operational ownership of production control KPIs (OTD, WIP, Cycle time…)
  • Define factory loading plan scenarios and build plans, and drive decision making in conjunction with the Sales and Operations Planning (SnOP) team
  • Work closely with factory line control and global master planners


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in manufacturing, planning, logistics, business administration, or supply chain management
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a supply chain, logistics, planning, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with reporting software and planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience in production control, line control, or planning, preferably in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English; German is an advantage
