Your new responsibilities

 

  • Introduction of new technologies and ways of working: Support the introduction of new technologies and processes into the production line and ensure a smooth transition into daily operations
  • Integration of new processes into production: Integrate new or updated processes into existing manufacturing workflows while maintaining stable operations
  • Development of the manufacturing facility: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing site with a focus on efficiency, technical capability, and process stability
  • Planning and coordination of special production lots: Select, plan, and coordinate special lots used for testing, qualification, or process evaluation purposes
  • Production coordination and on‑time execution: Ensure that selected lots are processed in a coordinated and timely manner through the manufacturing line
  • Monitoring of non‑standard production activities: Track and manage lots outside regular volume production and proactively identify and escalate deviations
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with production planning, manufacturing, process engineering, and development teams to ensure smooth execution


Who we are looking for


 

  • Completed higher technical education (HTL or comparable) or equivalent professional experience in wafer manufacturing
  • Initial relevant professional experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • High level of teamwork and enthusiasm for collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
  • Basic knowledge of logistics processes and workflows
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken; German skills at a communicative level

We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
