Your new responsibilities

  • Establish structures and metrics for sustainable and effective innovation and portfolio management
  • Analyze and improve the governance model for product and data lifecycle management
  • Manage institutional knowledge and promote centralized knowledge repositories
  • Develop a framework to monitor R&D project performance
  • Increase productivity and efficiency in R&D through process optimization
  • Ensure change management and communication between teams and stakeholders


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance or comparable qualification
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D, Operations or interface functions within high-tech, manufacturing or innovation-driven industries; semiconductor knowledge preferred
  • Proven expertise in project/process management, consulting and change management
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor product development, manufacturing, portfolio management and methodologies like Stage-Gate, Agile and Design Thinking
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Advanced skills in SAP ERP, project/portfolio tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Python/R)
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and driving transformation

We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
