- Drive Failure Analysis (FA) activities based on FA requests :
- Executing sample preparations in the lab
- Defining appropriate FA strategies, techniques, and investigation plans to identify root causes.
- Coordinating analysis activities within the FA team and with key stakeholders, including Customer Quality Management (CQM), Process Engineering (PE), Product Quality Engineering (PQE), R&D, and external laboratories.
- Develop and optimize FA concepts, workflows, methods, and analysis procedures.
- Lead method development activities for new products and emerging technologies.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange within the global Failure Analysis team.
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and operational readiness of FA equipment.
- Support the specification, sourcing, qualification, and release of new FA equipment.
- Actively participate in cross-functional task forces and root-cause investigation teams.
Who we are looking for
- Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent fine motor skills and the willingness to work with miniature and highly sensitive components.
- Strong team-player mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
