Your new responsibilities

 

  • Drive Failure Analysis (FA) activities based on FA requests :
    • Executing sample preparations in the lab
    • Defining appropriate FA strategies, techniques, and investigation plans to identify root causes.
    • Coordinating analysis activities within the FA team and with key stakeholders, including Customer Quality Management (CQM), Process Engineering (PE), Product Quality Engineering (PQE), R&D, and external laboratories.
  • Develop and optimize FA concepts, workflows, methods, and analysis procedures.
  • Lead method development activities for new products and emerging technologies.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange within the global Failure Analysis team.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and operational readiness of FA equipment.
  • Support the specification, sourcing, qualification, and release of new FA equipment.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional task forces and root-cause investigation teams.


Who we are looking for


  • Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Excellent fine motor skills and the willingness to work with miniature and highly sensitive components.
  • Strong team-player mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.

We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
