Your new responsibilities

Are you passionate about recruiting, connecting with great talent, and partnering with Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor? Then join our HR team and help us create an outstanding candidate experience across Austria and the wider EMEA region.

 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external positions, from job posting and active sourcing through to offer preparation, contract creation, and handover for onboarding
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage effective selection processes
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and employee representatives, where applicable
  • Proactively identify and approach suitable talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels
  • Ensure an inclusive and professional candidate experience while coordinating structured and efficient selection processes
  • Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines and support employer branding activities


Who we are looking for


  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent recognised qualification
  • Several years of experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, ideally within an international environment; knowledge of the Austrian metal and electrical industry and relevant collective bargaining agreements would be an advantage
  • Experience in active sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management
  • Good knowledge of Austrian employment and social security law, as well as the local recruitment market
  • Confidence in working with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools
  • Strong skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and organisation
  • Very good written and spoken German and English

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/).
We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
