Your new responsibilities

  • Operating, monitoring and programming building management and PLC systems
  • Maintaining and optimising technical service systems (ventilation and air-conditioning systems, cooling and heating systems, process cooling systems, vacuum systems, steam systems, compressed air systems, exhaust air purification systems)
  • Carrying out inspection, servicing and maintenance work on existing systems
  • Analysing faults and independently diagnosing and repairing technical systems
  • Ensuring high system availability and operational reliability
  • Preparing and maintaining maintenance, testing and system documentation
  • Managing spare parts and stock levels, and placing orders for materials
  • Providing support for technical projects, refurbishments and system optimisations
  • Coordinating and supervising external service providers and specialist contractors


Who we are looking for


  • Completed technical training specialising in cooling and air-conditioning technology, electrical engineering or a comparable field (completion of an apprenticeship would be an advantage)
  • Several years’ professional experience as a cooling and air-conditioning technician, ideally in an industrial setting
  • In-depth knowledge of the operation, maintenance and servicing of refrigeration, air-conditioning and ventilation systems
  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and of control and regulation technology
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, ventilation technology and heat supply
  • Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting on technical systems would be an advantage
  • An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • A high degree of flexibility, personal responsibility and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation systems would be an advantage
  • Good written and spoken German

We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
