Your new responsibilities

  • Wafersort: Sortet Wafer unter Einhaltung aller Firmen- und Industriestandards, bedient den Wafersorter in einer Art und Weise, die den höchsten erreichbaren Standard des Produktes gewährleistet. Dazu gehören die visuelle Kontrolle der gesorteten Wafer sowie allfällige Nachjustagen am Gerät. Die Verwendung des Mikroskops für diesen Zweck ist obligat. Der Mitarbeiter muss Fehler im Betrieb des Gerätes sofort erkennen und den Vorgesetzten verständigen, sofern das Problem nicht behoben werden kann.
  • Testet Schaltungen unter Verwendung von Handlern oder mit der Hand. Getestete Schaltungen werden eindeutig gekennzeichnet und dem Materialbearbeiter übergeben. Vor dem Test ist das richtige Programm zu laden, das entsprechende Testboard aufzubauen und die Konfiguration mittels Standardschaltung zu überprüfen.
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten auch unter Benützung der EDV
  • Richtiges Ausfüllen von Begleitpapieren aller Art
  • Verständigung von kompetenten Personen bei schlechter Ausbeute im Sort oder Endtest bzw. bei anderen Unregelmäßigkeiten
  • Nachtschicht Montag – Freitag
