- Define and manage product roadmap for horticulture portfolio.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis; translate customer requirements into product specifications.
- Develop business case, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans for new product introductions.
- Support customer engagements and represent product line in internal/external discussions.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- >10 years’ experience in product management, project management, or related functions.
- Exposure to semiconductor, LED, lighting, or adjacent technology-driven industries preferred.
- Experience managing full product lifecycle (concept → launch → phase-out).
- Familiar with business case development, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
- Professional knowledge in Product management, lifecycle management, business case development, pricing strategies; Understanding of semiconductor/LED/lighting technologies and applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Experience with PLM tools, ERP systems (SAP preferred); Familiarity with collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to influence and align stakeholders in a matrix organization; Team player with intercultural awareness.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) & Additional Asian/European languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10–20%); High adaptability in a dynamic, global business environment.
