Your new responsibilities

  • Attend production line escalation (process related) in terms of quality and productivity,  provide containment actions to prevent line down.
  • Responsible for root cause investigation and disposition for maverick lots.
  • Initiate and support continuous process improvement engineering projects.
  • Support internal or external customer line audit and special customer request build execution.
  • Prepare one point lesson (OPL) and conduct training to shopfloor team on new changes implemented by engineering.
  • Conduct process buyoff for new machine conversion before release to production.
  • Conduct MSA on equipment in test line.
  • Attend optical SPC escalation in test line.


What we look for


  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
  • >2 years experience in product, process, equipment and manufacturing engineering.
