Your new responsibilities

  • In this role you will be responsible for the overall project administration and management support of European Subsidies Programs such as Horizon Europe, ChipsJU and similar projects in the ICT/Photonics/Sensor Domains
  • You can actively contribute to the preparation of other project proposals in close cooperation with technical project team, if and when required
  • Communicate with international project partners, prepare and process technical and financial reports, monitor project progress
  • In project proposals preparation, monitor suitable European R&D&I funding schemes
  • Collect information from partners, processing in written inputs and background documents
  • Own the complete preparation and writing of respective parts of proposals and bring structure to these
  • Maintain and update project websites with information regarding teleconferences/project meetings/workshops/conferences


Who we are looking for


  • Master's Degree, preferably in a technical field (or extensive experience in the semiconductor field)
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project administration, management or innovation projects
  • Unique and profound knowledge of the European public R&D funding environment (Horizon Europe, German, and Austrian schemes are an advantage), as well as knowledge of the European semiconductor landscape
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written, in formal and informal situations), combined with excellent presentation and organizational skills
  • Good computer literacy and skills
  • Target and deadline-oriented, responsible and flexible
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a multinational environment
  • Fluent in English and German (both verbal and written)

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/).
We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
