Your new responsibilities

-Capable to handle Large, Middle and Small Size project as global project leader. Capable to lead top project with low/middle technical complexity.
-Lead PPCM for changes on released product to improvement product performance, cost…
-Lead the development and portfolio expansion of CSP products at subcontractor sites in the role of platform owner. 
-Assist the department head in developing and coaching junior subcon project leaders, ensuring the effective execution of subcon product development projects and the achievement of defined targets. 
-Accountable for Product Requirement Definition, project scope, project milestone, project risk assessment, product cost, business case, etc..
-Implements measures to reduce project complexity and tracks project execution and resource usage.
-Monitors potential project risks, helps to develop effective and efficient risk response measures.
-Support Application engineering, sales and marketing team to fulfill customer requirement
-Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
