- Creates ACE and Fixture sales channels for OSRAM India AM AFTM business via new distributors. Preferably brings new channel with him.
- Brings in new business opportunities in the OES channel.
- Responsible for routine ECOM business operations by managing online players and Osram authorized resellers.
- Conducts extensive customer training on the OSRAM premium ACE/Fixture products and creates a M1/M2 sales mindset among the customers by a better sales argumentation.
- Assumes responsibility for target achievements of his allocated products / channels.
- Monitor timely submission of statutory documents like customer credentials, balance confirmation etc
- Responsible for timely submission of sales plan/FC for his region -- both monthly and for any new/proposed products
- Follow up with SCM for stock supplies/replenishment within designated time period
- Follow up with CS for order log-in, allocation and billing for all areas of the region
- Responsible for timely submission of all credit and defective claim documents with proper supporting documents to the CS (also maintain a copy with himself)
- Implement and monitor all Marcom plans/activities in his area of responsibility.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- The incumbent should have 8 – 12 years of experience in relevant area.
