Your new responsibilities

  • Lead the Research & Development site Hyderabad in defining and implementing the technical solutions and establishing the partnerships necessary to develop the released products
  • Responsible for all Research & Development disciplines within Hyderabad required for the project execution and for the employees skills development
  • Ensure the execution on time, in budget and according to agreed requirements of the Business Line Research & Development projects in Hyderabad
  • Ensuring a balanced pipelining of the Hyderabad Reserach & Development resources
  • Actively contribute to the definition of the product development roadmap with the Business Line leadership
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Business Line technology roadmap needed to support the released product roadmaps
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Line leadership in the assessment of the technical feasibility of potential business opportunities
  • Oversee compliance of Hyderabad site activities, e.g. tax returns, sharing information to headquarters, custom and other compliances
  • Develop good relationship with universities to get access to new talents
  • Identify opportunities for cost and efficiency, e.g. government funding


Who we are looking for


  • 15 or more years’ experience in semiconductor business
  • Last 10 years’ experience in management and leadership role in semiconductors
  • Experience in ASIC design and strong engineering judgement is a must
  • Experience in site management is a strong plus
  • Experience in hardware and optical sensors or systems is a strong plus
  • Proactive, assertive attitude, flexible and results driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven with a "Can do" attitude. Open minded and creative.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes
