Your new responsibilities

  • Execution of evaluation software, and system-level test cases and designing validation hardware basic boards.
  • Validate the performance, safety, and reliability of battery management functions like state-of-charge (SOC) estimation, thermal management, and fault detection.
  • Execute functional, environmental, and durability testing for automotive compliance (e.g. thermal).
  • Document validation results and provide detailed reports to cross-functional teams.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for identified issues.
  • Collaborate with design, ATE team, system engineering, and marketing teams to resolve validation challenges.
  • Self-initiative and adapts to changes by dealing successfully with uncertainty and ambiguity


Who we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & communication Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in validation or testing of automotive electronic systems, with a focus on battery management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and quality focus.
