Your new responsibilities

  • Documentation and tracking of engineering order requests (SRH)
  • Organizing sub-contractor specs (C-Specs) with the master data department
  • Organizing and following up purchase orders for mask orders
  • WIP tracking at subcontractor maskshops
  • WIP tracking at subcontractor foundries for engineering lots
  • Booking of mask cost to engineering projects
  • Managing the internal and external mask archives


Who we are looking for


  • High school diploma in business administration or equivalent
  • General understanding of a semiconductor manufacturing flow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional experience with SAP, Ariba and related tools preferred
  • Ability and willingness to work effectively within an international team
  • Proficiency in German and English
