Your new responsibilities

  • Provide optical design and simulation expertise for LED lighting applications.
  • Support mass-market customers via internal sales and external distributor teams with technical guidance and application solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to share market insights and application requirements for new product innovation.
  • Work with CQM teams to analyze and resolve customer quality complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by delivering accurate technical inputs and application feedback.
  • Apply LED structural understanding to optimize product performance and reliability.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.


What we look for


Bachelor’s degree in Optoelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong optical simulation competence (LightTools, TracePro, Zemax) and understanding of lighting systems.
  • Experience in customer technical support for mass-market applications.
  • Familiarity with LED structural design and basic process flow (SMT, assembly).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Chinese language proficiency is essential.

 

Added Advantages

  • Knowledge of hardware and software integration for lighting systems.
  • Experience with customer complain handling.
  • Familiarity with PCB design tools (Altium)
