Your new responsibilities

-Handling of FAR (Failure Analysis Request) / Customer complaint                                                                                                                               
-Involving in line deviation management.                                                                                                  
-Managing in PPCM (Product Process Change Management) ,  Review changes and identify risk assessment & determine qualification test requirement as one key team member                
-Post change follow up & documentation of changes                                                                                                      
-Handling of special clearance& Shipment halt note based on risk assessment                                                
-Handling of RMA (Return Material Authorization)                                                                                                   
-Lead Internal Process Audit, Product Audit 
-Drive continuous improvement from daily work, review business process of Product Quality Management.
-To guild other PQE for critical cases
-To drive quality crisis of plant level 


What we look for


-Bachelor degree or above 
-More than 10 Years of experience of semiconductor/ Electronics Industry / Automotive industry
-SAP, 8D, SPC, QC tools, computer skills; 
-Internal auditor of IATF16949/VDA6.3/LPA(Layered Process Audit), and expert of process audit
-Fluent English both in written and spoken
-Familiar with JEDEC, AEC Q standard
