- Perform regular actual/plan comparisons of critical production parameters like uptime and throughput.
- Proactively identify bottleneck equipment and initiate OEE/IEE improvement projects to maximize production capacity.
- Lead structured equipment optimization projects, identify equipment-internal and external capacity constraints, develop countermeasures and manage the implementation lifecycle.
- Execute benchmarking and golden tool analyses to establish performance baselines and drive the standardization of best-in-class performance standards across all equipment and manufacturing sites.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the Industrial Engineering productivity framework.
What we look for
- Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Physics or related field.
- At least 8 years of working experience in semiconductor frontend manufacturing.
- Proven track record of leading structured equipment performance optimization projects. Thorough understanding of industrial engineering concepts like OEE, IEE, Time & Motion Studies, Golden Tool Analysis etc.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and lead structured end-to-end optimization projects. Proficient in change management and coaching to secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure the long-term adoption of new productivity standards.
- Professional Knowledge in Frontend semiconductor manufacturing, equipment and process knowledge, Automation, factory physics and WIP flow analysis, Data analytics and data systems and relevant SEMI standards & Project Management.
- Experience in Power BI, Data Analytics Statistics Knowledge & SPC, Equipment throughput optimization, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools like OEE, IEE, Time Studies etc.
- Collaborate effectively with local teams at fabs in Asia and Europe.
- Strong communication skills in English.
